The basics
By using tulsabricks.com, you agree to these terms. The site is run by Tulsa Bricks LLC in Tulsa, Oklahoma. If you don’t agree with something here, that’s okay, but please don’t use the site.
Using the site
You can browse, read, and use our forms for their intended purpose. Please don’t try to break, scrape, overload, or misuse the site, copy our content for your own commercial use without asking, or submit anything false or harmful through our forms. We may pause or block access if someone’s abusing it.
Forms and submissions
When you send us a want list, a sell request, or an event inquiry, you’re giving us accurate information so we can respond. A submission is a request, not a confirmed deal. Prices, availability, appointments, and event details get confirmed by us directly. We follow up the old-fashioned way, by email or phone.
Shopping
Our online store lives at shop.tulsabricks.com and runs on Shopify. Purchases there are covered by the terms and policies shown at checkout. In-store sales, trades, and appraisals happen at the shop and are handled in person.
Our stuff
The Tulsa Bricks name, logo, photos, and writing are ours. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group, which doesn’t sponsor or endorse us. We’re an independent shop that happens to love their bricks.
No guarantees
We work to keep the site accurate and online, but we provide it “as is.” We can’t promise it’ll always be available or error-free, and we’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using it, to the extent the law allows.
Links out
Some links point to other sites, like our social pages or Shopify. We don’t control those and aren’t responsible for what’s on them.
Changes
We may update these terms now and then. The date at the top tells you the latest version. Keep using the site and you’re agreeing to the current one.
Where this is governed
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
