Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect as little as we can, we don’t sell your data, and nothing tracks you until you say it’s okay.

Who we are

Tulsa Bricks LLC runs the store at Highland Plaza, 3938 S Hudson Ave, Tulsa, OK 74135, and the website at tulsabricks.com. When this policy says “we” or “us,” that’s who we mean. Questions go to hello@tulsabricks.com or 918-212-6468.

What we collect

Only what we need to run the shop and answer you:

  • Things you give us. Your name and email when you join the list, the details you type into a want list, sell, or event form, and anything you send us by email or phone.
  • Analytics, but only if you opt in. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics tells us which pages and events people visit. We turn on IP anonymization, and we don’t use it for advertising. If you decline, none of it loads.
  • Basic technical info. Like most sites, our host records standard server logs (things like the page requested and a timestamp) to keep the site working and secure.

Cookies and tracking

We split cookies into two buckets. Essential cookies keep the site working and are always on. Analytics cookies are off until you agree, and you can change your mind any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. We use Google Consent Mode, which means nothing measures you before you opt in.

How we use what we collect

To send you the emails you asked for, respond to want lists and appointment requests, run events you sign up for, and understand what’s working on the site so we stock the right bricks. That’s it. We don’t sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Who else touches your data

A few trusted services help us operate. Mailchimp handles our email list. Google Analytics handles opt-in analytics. Our online store runs on Shopify at shop.tulsabricks.com, and Shopify has its own privacy policy that covers anything you do while shopping there. We share only what each service needs, and we don’t hand your data to anyone for their own marketing.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message. You can decline or withdraw analytics consent any time. You can email us to ask what we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and we’ll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law; just ask and we’ll honor them.

Kids

We love that LEGO brings families in, but the website isn’t aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information online. If you think your child gave us something, email us and we’ll remove it.

Keeping it safe

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method is perfect, but we take it seriously and we keep data only as long as we need it.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the date at the top. Big changes will get a clearer heads up.
